On a day with a mandatory payout, Sunday's 20-cent Rainbow pick six paid $3,187 to 1,664 ticketholders.
The payoff would have been a lot less if Tequila Blanco ($16) had not caught 8-5 favorite Boru in the final race to win a one-mile turf race by a neck.
Boru would have been the second favorite to win a pick six race on Sunday, preceded by Mucho Unusual ($7.20) in the fifth race.
The winners of the pick six races were Top Brass ($11.40), Mucho Unusual, Rather Nosy ($6.60), Lemoona ($10), Mucho Gusto ($5.80) and Tequila Blanco.
Rather Nosy and Mucho Gusto were the second betting choices.
The pick six began with a carryover of $1,260,210 from Saturday. With the appeal of a mandatory payout, bettors added $5,297,955 to the pool on Sunday.
